We’re sorry we couldn’t make this part more exciting but it has all the information you need for the perfect shopping experience on our site. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any future orders placed. When an order has been confirmed, we cannot make any changes to the conditions that apply to that order.
Information about us
Pitch Climbing is a UK based company currently shipping to the United Kingdom only. Our products are also available in some climbing walls and retail stores in the UK.

Our Website is not intended for use by children under the age of 14, and we will not knowingly collect any information from any person below the age of 14.
Placing an order
To order from us please browse our site and select the product you wish to purchase and the quantity. When you have made your selection simply click ‘Add to Cart’ and then select if you wish to Continue Shopping or Checkout.
If you choose to Continue Shopping you can view your order at any time simply by clicking the Cart icon in the top right of the screen.
If you choose to Checkout, you will need to fill out some details so that we are able to process your order. You will need to provide to us your full name, postal & billing address, email address and contact telephone number. You will then confirm your order and be transferred to our payment gateway provider, PayPal.
You can make changes to your order up until the point where you click ‘Pay Now’ at which point your order will have been submitted to us and will need to be processed as a return. Please see our returns policy here
You can choose to either log into PayPal or use their payment gateway to checkout as a guest using your bank card. PayPal does not share with us any sensitive banking information, only that the order has been completed and the funds received.
Once we have confirmation that we have received payment for your order, we aim to despatch the same day if ordered before 3pm or the next working day. If there is a delay in shipping your order for any reason we will notify you the same day.
Although we can deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses, delivery to these locations may take a little longer and may cost more. This can be calculated at checkout.
All orders will be completed in pounds sterling (£, GBP). When an order or payment has been accepted you will receive confirmation by email. Contracts will be concluded in English language.
- If you wish to return or exchange your products, you must take reasonable care of them and they should be returned to us in their original condition, meaning:
- You can try on the products
- You mustn’t try on the products wearing strong perfume/ aftershave or a deoderant which may leave scent or marks on the products.
- All original tags must not be removed and original packaging should be retained and returned.
Failure to take reasonable care of the products before returning them to us, you may have to compensate us.
Pricing – All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£, GBP) with any relevant sales tax included at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller.
Delivery charges – Our delivery charge is £3.99 for Standard Delivery (UK delivery within 10 days)
The price you pay is the total value of the goods/ services added to your basket plus any delivery costs.
Under the Distance selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel you must notify us in writing by email to email@example.com within 14 days of the day after the date on which the products are delivered. You are responsible for returning your unwanted items to us at your own cost. Please obtain proof of posting for your own insurance. You will be refunded the total value of the items returned. Original postage costs will not be refunded.
Product Information & Display
We try to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that are featured on our website. Though the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, and as such we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will truly and accurately reflect the colour of the product upon delivery.
Size and measurement information is approximate, though as accurate as possible. Sizes stated, unless otherwise indicated are UK sizes.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all information, descriptions, prices and stock figures of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions. If the item that you choose to order is found to be out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.
We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We make no warranty that this site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or bugs.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

However if you wish to shop with us and make a purchase we will need to ask you for some personal information to be able to process and complete your order, contact you about your order or answer delivery questions.
