Delivery

Your order will be shipped via recorded delivery at no extra cost to you as we feel this is the safest method.

Standard Awesome UK Delivery- £3.99
International Delivery – We currently only ship within the UK but will update this space as soon as this changes.

Your order should arrive within 3-5 days, though may take longer for Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and some areas of the Highlands.

If your UK order has not arrived within 10 days please email us at orders@pitchclimbing.com

Payment Options

We use PayPal to process all of our orders online. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your order.

Using PayPal on our site enables you to make payments via your PayPal account, or bank or credit card accepted by PayPal without us needing to see or store your payment information.

Return or Exchange

We understand sometimes you need a different size, or want a different colour!

We will accept a return or exchange of any unused or unworn order – please email us at orders@pitchclimbing.com with your request and we will give you a returns/ exchange ID and returns address. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and are found to be in a saleable condition with all original tags/ packaging left intact. Your replacement will be sent to your orignal shipping address.

We take a huge amount of pride in the craft of our products, so if you have found a fault with your order please contact us right away and we will fix this. We check all of our products before they are shipped but if somehow they arrive faulty we are sorry that this has happened. We will repair or replace the item at our own cost and refund return shipping charges to you.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to make a return. Original postage costs charged at the time of ordering will not be refunded unless the item has been reported faulty.

We cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing and we advise that you return your order to us via recorded delivery. Any items returned outside of 30 calendar days from the date of your order are accepted at our discretion; and will only be exchanged, or refunded as a ‘store / online credit’.

Wash Care Guidelines

Clothing – To ensure you get the best from your new t-shirt please wash below 40 degrees centigrade. Please follow the washing instructions on the inside label of the t-shirt. For t-shirts with a printed design, please iron on the reverse taking care when going over the design – we would recommend using a tea towel to protect against the heat from your iron.

Bags & Accessories – these are not designed to be washed, please sponge clean or wipe gently with a damp cloth if you get it muddy!
